The Silver Dollar Court, Inc.’s Board of Trustees meets the first Thursday of each month

This is a monthly board meeting of the Silver Dollar Court, Inc.

The following must be submitted to the board President by the start of the board meeting:

• Applications for Silver Dollar Court Board
• Applications for Silver Dollar Court Imperials
• Fred Sipfle Community Service Award
  1. This award is to be nominated and voted on by the Board of Trustees at the May board Meeting and the recipient must be a member of the community from the territory of the Empire.
• Natalie Inspiration and Courage Award
  1. Nomination request must be posted at the same time as the Imperial Candidates for the next year.
  2. Nominations must be submitted in written form, must come from a resident of the Empire and can nominate anyone, from anywhere.
     • The nominations must be received by a member of the Board of Trustees no later than the start of the May Board Meeting as the Board is to vote on the Award recipient at the May Meeting.
  3. The winner will be announced at the annual Coronation
• Delilah Lifetime Achievement Award
  1. Nomination request must be posted at the same time as the Imperial Candidates for the next year.
  2. This award is to be nominated and voted on by the Board of
  3. The recipient may be a person or group but must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of dedicated service within the Silver Dollar Court.
  4. Nominations, which must come from a member of the Silver Dollar Court, must be written and state what the nominee has done to deserve this
  5. Nominations must be received by a member of the Board of Trustees no later than the start of the May Board Meeting as the Board is to vote on the recipient at the May meeting.
  6. The award is to be presented by the College of Monarchs at the annual Coronation Ball.
